 On the job
« Thread Started on Jul 16, 2006, 11:50pm »

Colin stood in front of the furnace and anvil in the armory of the fort. He had a stack of broken swords to fix, "Bloody soldiers, don't know how to treat a weapon properly." Colin muttered to himself, pounding away at the sword in front of him, the glowing, orange sparks skittered across the floor.
Colin was wearing his usual brown pants with tall black boots. He wore a white shirt that was black in spots from soot and the neck area was untied and open to keep cool. His skin glistened with sweat and his hair was back in a messy ponytail to keep it out of his work.

Tobias walked in to the armory, carrying a small sack. Here are those tools you wanted. Tobias now generally wandered about the town offering to help people. He was only too happy to oblige, especially when it was an aquaintance or friend of his. Anything else you need me to do?

Colin stopped momentarily, wiping sweat from his forehead, "Thanks Tobias, i don't really have anything for you to do, i just have to get these swords done by tomorrow. If the morons would learn to use them correctly i wouldn't have to repair them every week."

Yeah, they misuse them and toss them about but when the time comes for them to actually use them properly they couldnt use them anyway. He took out the tools and sat them down on a table nearby.
